Now that we're going to Win10, I have the S5x0 Win10 driver (ScanSnap Manager) working, but I can't seem to get QB to let me into the Scanner Setup Wizard (all useful options grayed out). We have only the ScanSnap S500 & S510 scanners. Make sure to leave at least 5 seconds between unplugging and plugging operation of the cable. Unplug the USB cable from both the computer and ScanSnap, then plug it back again.
